该片为深夜书店系列电影第四部，讲述通过未来科技迷途知返的三个年轻人的励志故事。故事以深夜书店为引线，通过问题少年、被老板、网贷为切入点，体验身临其境的脑洞世界，营造“接地气”式的真实感，讲述了三个不同的爱情故事。。The TARDIS lands in London on Christmas Eve, 1851 and almost immediately the Doctor hears his name being called.
