“整蛊王”高兴与两名助手刘血、毕止开设了一家整人公司。无良富家子史松雇佣高兴整蛊抗议的工人，被不做不义之事的高兴拒绝。史松恼羞成怒，请来“玩人大帝”刘家拎整蛊高兴。原来暗箭伤人的刘家拎与明刀明枪的高兴是整人界的世仇，全神贯注迎敌的高兴不慎撞了一名等待手术的盲女阿梅，出于歉意和同情，高兴将阿梅与其表妹阿莲一起接回公司暂住。五个年轻人同处一室，擦出了爱慕的火花。另一方面，史松对刘家拎的整人进度大为不满，而此时，高兴已经掉入了刘家拎的圈套……。The first time Sarah tries drugs is the first time she goes out with Tim, who was a customer of hers in the Dew Drop Inn Cafe. Tom is sweet and cool and after one night, she moves in with him| leaving behind her alcoholic mother and younger sister, Karen.
