“Praise be to the cinema: the law is not said, it is seen and heard. A story is born and given to us. This is how, through an image, life is resuscitated”. (Jean-Luc Godard, 1985)。打工人周淼突然中了5亿彩票，恰逢自己工作的公司和总部解绑，估值下降，于是产生了收购公司的念头，期间意外结识了陆氏集团总裁陆铭，陆铭正着手调查周淼的公司的机密泄露事件，便装作普通人接近周淼，意图查清真相。周淼撞破男友与上司出轨后决定联手陆铭复。
